A foreign fill is for clients who currently have lash extensions applied by another artist. Because different products, techniques, and lash health vary, extra time may be needed for assessment and removal. Pricing may vary depending on lash condition, retention, and the amount of removal required. If more than 50% of extensions are missing or the set requires extensive removal, it may be charged as a full set.
